I think Xavi should have won it because of his great performance last World Cup and for Barcelona. Iniesta was a good player as well but he was forgettable until he scored Spain’s winning goal. Well Messi is undeniably still the world’s top scorer, but he already won it last year. Why not give the pride and the glory to someone else this year?
